Chippy Gimikada @ Sinukwan Festival, Pampanga

The rain certainly didn’t stop the Chippy Gimikada Blow-Out Concert in San Fernando, Pampanga for the Sinukwan Festival 2005.

Hardcore fans of Urbandub, Imago, Chicosci, and Sandwich filled the event and rocked all night last December 9 at the Robinson’s Starmills Pampanga parking lot. The temperature continued to rise despite the cold weather as Manila’s hottest bands performed their latest hits while the audience slammed to the beat.

Games sponsored by Seacrunch, Magic Flakes, Presto Creams, and Maxx still brought out the rocker dudes as they imitated an electronic guitar jamming session and tossed their prizes away to the crowd. Barkadas went wild until early morning with the new Chippy Garlic & Vinegar and their favorite rock bands as their companions, more than enough to get them hyped up!

Indeed, another successful absolutely-free concert brought to them by their favorite all-time barkada snack. And the best proof? There was no stopping the Kapampangans in screaming out loud: Chippy – Love Namin Talaga!
